隐私政策

Sina 致力于全面保护客户隐私,并对与客户交换的所有信息和数据严格保密。这些信息包括但不限于个人数据、商业信息、交易详情,以及任何具有保密性质的文件或往来通信。

The Company does not sell client information or transfer it for independent purposes. Optional website-measurement data is governed by the privacy choices described below and the external technology provider’s practices, except where applicable law or a competent authority requires otherwise.

客户有权根据适用规定申请查阅、更正或删除其数据,以保障公司与客户之间的透明度及相互信任。

Optional measurement and Meta Pixel

When you consent to marketing and advertising technologies, SINA Spark uses Meta Pixel to understand advertising performance and improve how it reaches organizations interested in its services. The technology does not load or send events before that consent.

Events used

  • PageView when a public page opens or the visitor moves to another public route.
  • Contact when WhatsApp or email contact is selected, with only the channel identified.

Information Meta may receive

Through browser technology, Meta may receive the page or path and referrer, browser and device information, IP or network information, and first-party identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc where applicable.

SINA Spark does not intentionally add names, phone numbers, email addresses, message content or form-field values to its event parameters.

Purposes

  • Advertising measurement and attribution.
  • Audience, campaign and relevant-reach improvement.

Consent and withdrawal

You may reject optional technologies or change your decision at any time through Privacy choices. Withdrawal stops future events and clears _fbp and _fbc cookies where the site can technically control them. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent access to the public website.

Technology provider and international processing

Meta is an external technology provider and may process information through international operating infrastructure under its own policies and terms. SINA Spark does not make guarantees about a specific processing location or a fixed Meta retention period.
